Why investors call us
A distressed property costs you money every day you own it. The slowest part is almost never the rehab — it's getting the thing emptied, gutted, or flattened so the real work can start. That gap is what we exist to close.
We run junk removal and demolition out of the same shop, which means one call handles the trash-out, the interior gut, and the teardown. No coordinating three vendors and no property sitting idle between them.
- One vendor, whole scope
Trash-out, gut, teardown, and haul-off under a single quote and a single invoice.
- Documented condition
Before-and-after photos on every property, sent the day we finish.
- Permits and disconnects
We handle the sequencing on teardowns so nothing stalls at inspection.
- Volume pricing
Standing rates for repeat clients running multiple properties.
- Deadline-driven scheduling
Tell us the closing date and we'll build the schedule backwards from it.
- Licensed and insured
Certificate of insurance on request — we're used to the paperwork.
How a teardown runs
- 1
Site walk and quote
We walk the property, check access and utilities, and give you a firm number with a timeline.
- 2
Permits and disconnects
Demolition permits get pulled and gas, water, and electric are disconnected and signed off in the right order.
- 3
Teardown
The structure comes down and gets separated on site so metal and clean fill go where they should instead of straight to landfill.
- 4
Haul-off and grade
Every load leaves, the foundation comes out if it's in scope, and the lot is graded and left clean.
